Located at Damansara Uptown, XAMMAX Enterprise is a local store selling home appliances. Being a believer in traditional business model, they often participated home and living fairs & events.

At first the revenue from these fairs & events was good until the figure decreased over time. The company director paid attention to this signal and scheduled a meet up with JinMatic in year 2009.

Challenges:

Home appliances is a high competition industry where you often see exhibitions in major areas. This trend also lead to drop in profit caused by price war.

After analyzing the situation, we advised them to build an online store, xammax.my.

The next move was important – attracting targeted traffic to the online store via SEO.

We leveraged the advantages of XAMMAX being an appliances retailer- offering a wide range of product categories, product pages, and brands.

We performed a keyword research and our expectation couldn’t be any truer – there were indeed various search terms about product names, product categories, and brand names.

We continued with content grouping based on searchers’ intention and other available data before working on each landing pages.
